Bhutan Airport – Hotel Thimphu

Day 3
Thimphu to Paro Transfer, On The Way Sightseeing – Stay at Paro
After a breakfast drives to Dochu-la pass (3,088m). The clear day offers the most spectacular view over the highest peaks of the Himalaya, visit Zangthopelrilhakhang. Drive to Paro, visit Paro Dzong (fortress) built in 1646. You will cross a traditional wooden bridge on the way to the Dzong. Visit National Museum (Ta-Dzong) just above Paro Dzong, where we have unique collections of ancient armor, textiles, Thangkha paintings. Visit Kichulhakhang. Night stay at Paro.
